Embora os livros tenham estado arredados da sua vida durante algum tempo, a Liliana está a fazer um esforço para retomar a leitura com regularidade e o facto de ter voltado a andar de transportes públicos para ir trabalhar está a ajudar. Fotografei-a no metro do Porto apenas um dia depois de ter começado a ler "Não Há Famílias Perfeitas", o livro onde Marta Gautier alerta para os perigos em que incorrem as mães deste mundo ao ambicionarem a perfeição em todas as áreas da sua vida. A Liliana, que foi mãe há pouco tempo, disse-me estar a gostar muito do que lia "principalmente porque ser mãe pode trazer algumas angústias e então é bom saber que há pessoas que sentem exatamente o mesmo que eu".

Although books have
been far from her life for a while, Liliana is making an effort to resume the habit
of reading regularly and the fact that she returned to public
transportations in order to get to her work place is helping. I took her
picture at Porto subway only one day after she started reading "Não Há Famílias Perfeitas", the book
where Marta Gautier places an alert to the dangers that the mothers of this
world may experience when they search perfection in every area of their life.
Liliana, who is a recent mom, told me she is enjoying very much what she was reading
"mainly because being a mother might bring some anxieties and it is
good to know that there are people feeling exactly the same".
