No curso que frequenta, e no âmbito de uma disciplina sobre gestão de pessoas, o Carlos foi desafiado a fazer um trabalho sobre um líder conhecido. A sua escolha recaiu sobre Steve Jobs, mas antes de avançar para a redação desse trabalho decidiu ler um pouco mais sobre teoria da liderança. Era a primeira vez que ia à Biblioteca Municipal Almeida Garrett. O momento ficou registado.
