I was walking towards Carlos Alberto Square, at downtown Porto, when I
saw her face framed by a white hat. She was sitting at the Moustache promenade
and had her head leaned over something. From where I was I couldn't see what it
could be but in my thoughts I asked: "Please, let it be a book!" And
so it was. As I came closer to the promenade I saw my request had been
attended: Bianca was, indeed, reading, but not just one book; she was
reading several at the same time - "Contos"
from Eça de Queirós, “A Clockwork Orange", from Anthony
Burgess, and "As Palavras
Interditas / Até Amanhã", from Eugénio de Andrade. This cinema
student, who is leaving to France to proceed with her academic training,
claims she is a regular reader, prefers Portuguese Authors and especially dedicates
herself to the works already adapted to the big screen. And stresses that
she reads much more than she watches movies, once she knows that the biggest
source of inspiration of cinema is literature.

A.F. tens foto da tatuagem? :)
grande...
A cada dia, as imagens deste blog me inspiram.
Obrigada, Soraya, pelas tuas palavras! Um abraço! :)
